Your satisfaction is our priority at EtchCraft by Adam. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process. We want you to be confident in your purchases and are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is positive. Due to most of our items being personalised (with Names, photo images or dates), we do not routinely offer refunds as these returned items cannot be resold, as they are bespoke and customised items made just for you.
